Its the weekend, whats a typical Saturday for you?

• Who : Me - wife and DH


• What : eating our usual Sat morning breakfast of eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and bacon cooked by DH. He does this every Sat!


• When : 8.42am


• Where : in our dining room area


• Why : because we are hungry and it is a bigger breakfast on a Saturday since DH always goes off late morning to watch football in Winter and bowls in Summer and misses his lunch, I don't!!

• Why : it is half term and this is what the grandchildren chose to do with us

• What : making a cup of tea for DH (and myself )

• Where: our kitchen
• Why : DH doesn't work on a Thursday and is still in bed! So I am making him a cup of tea and taking it up to him today. it is usually the other way round on work days !!

• Why - I was a fat person with a thin person trying to get out for 33 years. I am now losing weight but need the support of this club to contnue to lose and then to maintain the weight loss for life.

Well you can get cyclaman all year round though we buy these plants for inside and outside more at this time of the year. This plant is new to us. DS and DIL bought this plant for us yesterday for our wedding Anniversary. I always appreciate any plants bought for us.

Unfortunately I do not have any 'posh frocks' since all my winter clothes and this year's summer clothes are now too large for me and have gone to the charity shops.

Well here is my photo for today. The new car finally went into our garage and we could shut the door!! All we had to do was reverse the car in instead of driving it in! Only a woman can think of that!!

DH was tickled pink when I managed to climb to the rim of Mt Vesuvios last week. I was highly delighted too and wouldn't have been able to do this walk last April before I started to loose some weight
